S.Korea approves aid to N.Korea, North calls Trump "barking dog"
Chinese Foreign Minister Want Yi said the situation on the Korean peninsula was getting more serious by the day and could not be allowed to spin, out of control.

North Korea conducted its sixth and largest nuclear test on Sept. 3 and has launched numerous missiles this year, including two intercontinental ballistic missiles and two other rockets that flews over Japan.
